　　这支潜艇部队驻守在中国东南某片群岛深处，使用的装备是中国海军常规潜艇中较为老旧的型号。2017年，该支队迎来建设发展的重要转折点，当年开始的整训让这支部队开始奋起直追。

　　“以前我们总抱怨自己装备差，埋怨上级不给我们下任务。”亲历支队变化的徐为贵说：“后来我们认识到了差距，开始反思，真有任务来了，我们接得住吗？”

　　如何发挥现有装备的最大潜能来“接住”任务，是支队战斗力转型升级的突破口。老装备焕发新活力，一项重要前提便是做好武器设备的维护保养，保持其生命力。

　　海岛环境相对封闭，用战士们的话说，部队之前有些“偏安一隅”，“没想着走出去”。但随着任务性质和组训模式的变化，潜艇出航的次数越来越多、航行时间越来越长，留给官兵们预先准备的时间也越来越短。

　　“任务不可预见，对装备的维护也要常态化进行。”徐为贵表示，潜艇技师要摸清武器装备的“脾气秉性”，根据以往经验和实际情况进行判断，再不能“照本宣科”，同时提高海上航行期间独立排除故障的能力。如今，他所在的艇员队保持着该支队潜艇一次性出海天数最长的记录。

　　而在王海亮看来，老装备焕发新活力的主导因素是战术战法。从一年只有一艘潜艇完成全训，到去年多艘潜艇完成全训、所有潜艇均执行出航任务，这位支队成立伊始就在岛上的“元老”之一，见证了这支部队军事训练成几何倍数增长的过程。

　　如今，该支队更注重海上应急处置能力建设，日常训练更贴近实战要求。例如，在不同速度、队形、距离条件下的编队攻防训练，官兵们在岸上推演了几百次，又把方案预案带到海上，与兄弟部队的潜艇、水面舰艇进行“背靠背”自由对抗训练，在实践中检验成效。

　　凭借平时训练中掌握的本领，在一次与外军舰艇编队海上相遇时，王海亮指挥潜艇完成一系列动作，成功应对复杂情况。“这说明立足现有装备是可以处置相关情况的。”与外军“打照面”的情形也日渐增多，“应对多了，经验多了，我们也更从容了”。

　　随之而来的是官兵们不断增长的信心。“自信的背后是能力，没有能力就没有底气，出不来成绩。”在该支队服役15年的刘晓光告诉记者，以前与兄弟部队交流时，支队官兵们总觉得“低人一头”。如今，训练体制机制的转变助力支队能力建设，官兵们渐渐直起腰杆、昂首挺胸。

　　刘晓光认为，“沉默”是潜艇的“性格”，潜艇兵也应当具备静水流深的素质，学会静下心来修炼内功。但从支队转型发展以来，官兵们总是心潮澎湃，“渴望训练，想出成绩，实现价值”，这股向上向好的劲头一直延续到今天。(完)
